2. Microphone & Gallery Permissions:
- Microphone: PrayBook by NK will only access your microphone if you grant permission. This is used for features like adding voice prayers.
- Gallery: PrayBook by NK will only access your device’s gallery if you grant permission. This is used for features like Image Analyzer or attaching images to prayers.
3. Cookies: Essential cookies may be used for the functioning of PrayBook by NK’s app and website to provide security and an enhanced user experience.
4. Data Charges: Your network provider may charge additional fees for data usage when using PrayBook by NK features that require an internet connection.
5. Location & Speaker Access: PrayBook by NK may request access to:
- Location: Used for Apple Maps functionality (e.g., location-based features). No location data is stored on our servers.
- Speaker: Used to output audio content (e.g., for voice prayer playback or other audio features).
You can disable these permissions at any time in your device settings.

5. Third-Party Services & Content

1. Third-Party Links: PrayBook by NK may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by me. I am not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
2. Gemini Integration: PrayBook by NK integrates a free tier of Gemini for AI Chat and Image Analyzer features. Availability may vary by region, and there may be usage limitations. Please refer to Gemini’s privacy policy for information on data handling.
3. Liability for Third-Party Services: PrayBook by NK is not responsible for any data loss, data breach, damage, or other issues caused by the use of third-party services (including Gemini).

6. Language Support

1. Supported Languages: PrayBook by NK supports a variety of languages, including but not limited to: English (default), French, Sinhala, Tamil, Hindi, Arabic, Italian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Chinese (Hong Kong), English (India), German, Japanese, Russian, Ukrainian, Malayalam, Malay, Thai, Korean, Romanian, Indonesian, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Swedish.
2. Accuracy & Errors: While I strive to provide accurate translations, PrayBook by NK is not responsible for any damage resulting from language inaccuracies. If you discover errors or need additional language support, please contact me.
3. Translation Source: The translations in PrayBook by NK were generated using OpenAI ChatGPT. While AI-assisted translations aim for accuracy, there may be occasional errors or inconsistencies.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

Important Notice: Before any legal case is pursued, you must first inform me (Nowen Kottage) and allow a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.

2. Limitation of Liability: I (Nowen Kottage) am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use PrayBook by NK. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
